He is snobby, self-serving, and very up himself to say the least. Waiter Callum, takes him to the only available seat, 'The VIP area' (secretly designated for difficult guests). Jean Pierre is led to his table and Callum takes down his order, putting up with lots of demands from the self-proclaimed VIP.
