Download Help

In the unlikely event that you experience difficulty downloading your content, please Contact Us and we'll look into it right away. When contacting please include your order ID and which download you're having trouble with. 

Page Not Found when clicking download?

If you have been on the download page inside your account for over an hour, as a security measure, you may be signed out. You may find that clicking a download takes you to a 'Page Not Found' error. Simply click your browsers 'Refresh' button, sign in, and continue to download as usual.

My downloads are timing out?

Try downloading each file at a time.

Make sure your internet connection is of suitable speed.

Check any virus software which may prevent downloads.

To Download Content Quickly & Securely

1. Add the video(s) you wish to download to your shopping cart by clicking the 'Add to Cart' button. 

2. When you are ready to pay, click 'My Cart' in the top right corner of your screen. If you wish to make amendments, click 'View Cart', if you're ready to purchase the downloads click 'Checkout'.

3. Follow the on-screen instructions through the secure checkout procedure. You will need a credit or debit card and our trusted billing partners, Verotel or CCBill, will handle the transaction for added security. 

4. Once your transaction is complete, a successful transaction page will display with links to your account and downloads which are ready for instant download! We recommend downloading one file at a time to prevent system overloads and connection failures.

Downloads will be available for 7 days after purchase. If you need to download again at a later date you may be able to do this from your account, however, we cannot guarantee that downloads will be available after the 7 day period. We highly recommend you back-up your purchases for safekeeping. 

Privacy & Security

To protect users' privacy the name of the store will not appear on your credit card/bank statement.

The transaction will read as follows: For Verotel - "*BlueLight*", and for CCBill - "Bluelight Media Group".
