My 2020 video diary.
I want to tell you my biggest secret...
It took me 35 years to express my emotions. I am often told I
am emotionless. A common trait of bipolar. Reaching out was
the most challenging thing I have ever done. My bipolar
diagnoses has allowed me to understand many events in my life,
my feelings, my inflated emotions and my struggle with my
identity, emotional balance and sexuality. Most of all, it has
allowed me to accept myself.
